Arteriors showroom was our favorite stop at High Point Market! Obsessed with this capiz shell chandelier – might have a permanent residence in both of our offices.

Buffalo Chicken Dip – We both love anything with Buffalo sauce. This dip is delicious, low fat & easy!

2 10 oz cans of chunk chicken drained

2 8 oz packages of lite cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing, we like Hidden Valley Light Ranch

3/4 cup pepper sauce, we like Franks Buffalo Sauce

1 1/2 cups 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Triscuits & celery for serving

Heat chicken & hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese & ranch dressing.  Cook until blended.  Mix in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer everything to a pyrex coooking dish or a crock pot.  Cover the top with the remaining cheddar cheese & bake.  Cook on low in the crock or 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly in the oven.

Rotel Sausage Dip

1 lbs sausage

2 8oz packages lite cream cheese

1 can Rotel, with liquid drained out

Brown sausage & remove excess grease, add cream cheese & Rotel in the skillet.  Stir while cooking in the skillet, approximately 5 – 10 minutes until hot & well belended.  Remove from skillet and put into your favorite serving dish (loving our Missoni home dishes).  This also can be cooked in your crock pot after your sausage is browned.  Serve with Fritos or Tostitos scoops.

One last really easy dip is one of our favorites… Spicy Guacamole!

Avocados as many as you would like for the number of people you are serving

1 lime

Lawrys seasoning salt to taste

small amount of your favorite hot sauce

Combine the ingredients right before you are serving.  Top with your favorite salsa & serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
